Bryce S. McColskey joined Marks Gray as an associate attorney in July 2024. He primarily focuses his practice on matters involving medical malpractice and commercial litigation. In addition, he handles a wide variety of other civil litigation claims. Prior to joining Marks Gray, Bryce worked for a national insurance defense firm as well as an employment litigation firm, having obtained experience in representing both medical providers as well as business entities.
Bryce graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, majoring in Business Management. He furthered his education by earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2021.
Bryce strives to connect with clients in order to truly understand their story and their mission. His experience has taught him the value of analyzing a dispute from all angles.
Bryce is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, serving on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyer’s Division. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Governors for University of North Florida Alumni Association and volunteers his time to the All Nations Soccer League (ANSL) Jacksonville, Fl.
He is a Jacksonville native and enjoys everything Florida offers, including golfing, surfing and playing soccer.
